AI Training for Government & Civic Agencies

More mandates.
Same headcount.

The Week You're Having

We'll guess.
Stop us if this is wrong.

01 The Modernization Squeeze
"We're expected to do more with AI. Nobody's shown us how, safely."
Directives arrive faster than training budgets. We close the gap in one engagement: hands-on skills, clear guardrails, and workflows mapped to the documents and processes your team already owns.
02 The Risk Freeze
"Our people are so worried about doing it wrong that they don't do it at all."
Caution is the right instinct and a bad strategy. We teach where the real risks live, data, verification, disclosure, and where they don't, so your team can move with confidence instead of standing still.
03 The Public Trust Standard
"Everything we publish carries the agency's name. There's no room for AI errors."
Correct. That's why every workflow we build includes human review as a structural step, not a suggestion. AI drafts, your staff verifies, the agency's standard holds.
In Your World

What this looks like
in your agency.

Every workflow below is the kind of thing we build live in a session, mapped to your actual roles and tested before anyone leaves the room.

Public Communications
Plain-language public notices and updates, faster
First drafts of public-facing communications, FAQs, and constituent responses, written for clarity and always routed through human review before release.
Briefings & Reports
Briefing documents and summaries from source material
Turn meeting records, program data, and source documents into clean briefing docs and status reports, reclaiming analyst hours for analysis.
Procurement Support
RFP responses and summaries with structure built in
Workflows that help staff summarize submissions, draft evaluation notes, and keep documentation consistent across a procurement cycle.
Internal Operations
SOPs, policy drafts, and onboarding content
Document the institutional knowledge that walks out the door with every retirement, and standardize the processes that shouldn't depend on memory.
Most agencies start with a Workshop.

A half-day Workshop moves a cross-functional team of up to 10 through skills, workflows, and a first-draft usage policy in one session. Department leads who want a private head start book Executive Edge. Dedicated government rates apply across every tier.

Why It Works
Trained in the most regulated rooms there are.
Our practitioners led the first generative AI rollout at a Fortune 500 global financial institution, taking it from regulatory approval through front-to-back-office enablement. We know what it means to deploy AI where compliance is not optional, and we bring that discipline to public-sector teams at a scale and price that fits an agency budget.
Your Questions

Asked by teams like yours.
Answered straight.

How do you handle responsible AI use for public-sector teams?
Guardrails are built into the curriculum. Teams learn data risk (what never goes into a public tool), output risk (verification before anything is published), and usage norms, and workshop participants leave with a first-draft usage policy the team built themselves. Practical enablement grounded in responsible use, not a vendor pitch.
Do you offer government pricing?
Yes. Dedicated government rates apply across every tier with qualifying agency documentation, and launch pricing is currently in effect. Quotes are provided in writing after a no-cost discovery call, in a format that works for your procurement process.
Our agency hasn't approved specific AI tools yet. Can we still train?
Yes. We can train on approved tools you already have, or run the session on general-purpose skills, prompt construction, verification, workflow design, that transfer to whatever your agency adopts. Building capability before the tooling decision often makes that decision better.
Can you deliver on-site?
Yes. Sessions run on-site in the Chicago area, virtually anywhere, or hybrid. For Workshops we coordinate logistics, participant intake, and tool access checks with your point of contact ahead of the session.
