How does pricing work?
Pricing is shared after a no-cost 30-minute discovery call, so the quote reflects your team size, current AI experience, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all rate card. Dedicated nonprofit and government rates are available across every tier, and launch pricing is currently in effect. Book a discovery call to get a clear, written quote.
Which tier should we start with?
Executive Edge fits leaders who want to build personal capability before bringing their team in. Collective fits leadership teams or department heads of up to 4 people. Workshop fits cross-functional teams of up to 10 who need a structured half-day program. If you are unsure, the discovery call exists to map your situation to the right format, and we will tell you plainly if a smaller tier is the better buy.
Do you deliver in person or virtually?
Both, plus hybrid. Sessions run in person in the Chicago area, virtually anywhere, or in a mix that fits your team. The format changes the logistics, not the outcome: every engagement ends with a working workflow and a named owner.
What happens after the session ends?
Every tier includes a full session recap delivered within 3 business days and access to a pre-built prompt library for ongoing upskilling. Collective and Workshop engagements also include one Office Hours session, scheduled within 3 weeks of completion, for prompt refinement and workflow troubleshooting.
Do we need AI tools set up before the session?
No. Part of the intake process is confirming what tools your organization already has access to and building the session around them. If you have nothing in place yet, we work with widely available tools your team can use immediately, and we address data and usage guardrails as part of the training.
Will we depend on you afterward?
No, and that is the point. Every engagement is designed to end with your team owning the skills, the workflows, and the momentum. There is no retainer, no subscription, and no lock-in. If you invite us back, it should be for the next capability, not to keep the last one running.
